Juliet Evans is a lawyer based in Sydney.

Juliet works on contentious intellectual property matters including patent and trade mark litigation in the Federal Court of Australia and the Patent Office.

Juliet has previously worked as a Deputy Associate at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia where she gained valuable experience that she now brings to clients’ litigation and dispute resolution matters. She works closely with clients to ensure they can adapt their IP strategy to suit the needs of their business.

Juliet is practised in providing commercial intellectual property services including drafting IP licences, assignments and confidentiality agreements, and advising on issues relating to copyright, designs, and competition and consumer law.
