About Kellie
Kellie is renowned within the Queensland and Australian legal industry for her work in the areas of IP, trade marks and brand protection.
Qualified as both a lawyer and trade marks attorney, Kellie has extensive experience in contentious and commercial IP matters, as well as IP portfolio management. Her advice covers the full range of IP matters, including patents, designs, trade marks, copyright, competition & consumer law matters, confidential information and more novel categories such as Plant Breeders Rights.
Kellie has been involved in various Federal Court proceedings including in relation to patent infringement, trade mark infringement, trade mark registration cancellation, appeals from the Trade Marks Office, and breaches of confidential information. She has a strong reputation for maintaining and enforcing her client’s IP rights extends in Australia and beyond, with many Australian and multi-national clients entrusting her to advise on their IP protection issues.
