Shan Dong is an overseas (Chinese) qualified patent attorney based in Sydney.

Shan has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law. Before joining Griffith Hack, Shan worked at an intellectual property firm in Beijing. During his time there, he became qualified as a Chinese Patent Attorney and acquired valuable experience in helping his clients secure IP protection.

Shan currently assists the Principals and Attorneys at Griffith Hack in maintaining and fostering relationships with clients from Greater China region. His responsibilities include facilitating communication, understanding client needs and ensuring seamless collaboration.

With his background in Intellectual Property Law and experience as a Qualified Chinese Patent Attorney, Shan brings valuable insights and contribution to the effective navigation of cultural nuances, legal considerations, and business dynamics in order to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen Griffith Hack’s presence in the Chinese market.
